The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority explains how to amend the taxpayer’s facility address

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) explained the method followed to amend the taxpayer’s facility address if it is incorrect, with the aim of updating data and improving administrative transparency.

The Authority added, via the (X) platform, that the process of amending address data is carried out through the taxpayer’s account on the electronic portal through the following steps: selecting the “Update/Stop Registration” icon, then performing the view/edit process for details related to the address.

It continued that the next step involves amending the address data in the “Main/Sub Activity Data” section. After the amendment request is approved, a request to reprint the tax certificate can be submitted by selecting the “Reprint VAT Certificate” icon within the “Indirect Taxes – Value Added Tax” section. The certificate will be issued after the amendment with the new updated data.
