## Saudi Arabia Achieves Record Tourism Spending of 300 Billion Riyals in 2025

Saudi Minister of Tourism, Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khateeb, revealed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia achieved record travel spending amounting to 300 billion riyals in 2025.

The Minister added, during his interview broadcast on Al Arabiya, that the tourism sector in the Kingdom is undergoing a comprehensive and unprecedented transformation, recording 122 million domestic and international tourists in 2025.

He further stated that many investors believe in Vision 2030 and find that many promises are now beginning to be realized. Last year, 30 million foreign tourists visited the Kingdom, adding: “In Davos, we will celebrate the launch of the Quality of Life in Cities Index, which will be the first of its kind globally.”
