Al-Hilal defeat Al-Fayha with a four-goal win thanks to Sakala’s goal and an own goal by Mosquera

Al-Hilal secured a valuable victory over Al-Fayha with a 4–2 win in an exciting match that saw successive goals scored in the middle and late stages of the game.

Zambian forward Fashion Sakala opened the scoring for Al-Fayha in the 14th minute, but Serbian midfielder Sergej Milinković-Savić responded by leading Al-Hilal’s comeback with goals starting from the 37th minute at the beginning of the second half.

Al-Hilal players benefited from a mistake by Panamanian goalkeeper Orlando Mosquera, who scored an own goal in the 45th minute, allowing Al-Hilal to take control of the match.

Mohammed Kanno scored a goal for Al-Hilal in the 61st minute, before Brazilian Marcos Leonardo added the final goal in the 90th minute.

With this result, Al-Hilal raised their points tally to 44, maintaining the top position in the standings with a 7-point lead over their closest challengers Al-Nassr and Al-Ahli.

As for Al-Fayha, their points total remained frozen at 14 points, placing them 13th in the table.
