Al-Ittihad defeats Al-Taawoun 1-0 in the 13th round of the Roshn League
Al-Ittihad defeated its counterpart Al-Taawoun 1-0 on Saturday evening at Al-Inma Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City, as part of the 13th round of the Saudi Professional League “Roshn League.”
Al-Ittihad’s only goal of the match was scored by player Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti in the 49th minute.
With this result, Al-Ittihad occupies fifth place in the Saudi League standings with 23 points, while Al-Taawoun sits in third place with 28 points.
Al-Nassr leads the table with 31 points, followed by Al-Hilal with 29 points, but with one match less (11 matches).
