Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) — Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that contact was lost with a private plane carrying Libyan Chief of Staff Mohammed Al-Haddad, while it was en route from Ankara Airport to Tripoli.
