Actors Syndicate Offers Condolences on the Death of Director Daoud Abdel Sayed
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) — The Actors Syndicate in Egypt announced on Saturday the death of the great Egyptian director Daoud Abdel Sayed at the age of 79, following a long struggle with illness.
The Syndicate confirmed in a statement on its official website that it mourns director Daoud Abdel Sayed, who left an “unforgettable human and intellectual” mark through his artistic career, which it described as “exceptional.”
The Syndicate said in the statement: “With great sadness and sorrow, the Actors Syndicate, headed by the President and members of the Board of Directors, mourns the great director Daoud Abdel Sayed, who departed our world after an exceptional artistic career.”
