## 2025 stands out as a crucial phase for consolidating tourism transformation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
A tourism sector expert, Owaid Al-Jifran, confirmed that 2025 represents an important turning point that reinforces the tourism transformation process in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, highlighting the role of developed infrastructure, clear legislation, and diverse tourist destinations in achieving these goals.
Al-Jifran stated during a televised intervention with Al Ekhbariya channel that the past years have witnessed the building of a strong and comprehensive system, including clear legislation, advanced infrastructural qualifications, in addition to the development and diversification of new tourist destinations, pointing out that all of this greatly contributes to promoting a professional and high-quality tourism experience, and improving its international competitiveness.
Al-Jifran stressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s arrival at a strong competitive stage in the field of tourism regionally and globally, considering that the tourism experience has become one of the top priorities for visitors, whether they are non-Saudis or residents of the Kingdom.
