The Wolf Moon, the first full moon of the year, arrived and graced the sky this week, but this lunar event will make spotting the Quadrantid meteors a bit more difficult.
The silver disk appeared larger in the sky on New Year’s Eve and will reach its peak illumination at 5:03 AM ET on Saturday, according to “The Old Farmer’s Almanac.”
