The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, represented by its branch in the Madinah region, announced today, Friday, the commencement of carpeting works for several historical mosques located west of the Prophet’s Mosque.

The works included Al-Ghamama Mosque, Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque, and Ali bin Abi Talib Mosque—may Allah be pleased with them—covering a total area of approximately 6,000 square meters. These efforts represent part of the endeavor to raise the level of readiness and services provided to those frequenting these noble religious sites.

These works are considered part of the continuous efforts made by the Ministry to provide a comfortable spiritual atmosphere for worshippers and visitors. They also represent a station of care for the houses of Allah, preparing them in a manner befitting their precious historical and religious status.
