Saudi-UAE match postponed due to heavy rains in the 2025 Arab Cup finals
The organizing committee for the 2025 Arab Cup finals has decided to postpone the match between the Saudi and UAE national teams. After urgent consultations between the referee and the delegations of both teams regarding the difficulty of completing the decisive third and fourth place match and ensuring the full safety of the players, a temporary decision was made pending the determination of a suitable time to complete the confrontation once weather conditions improve.
It is noted that the first half of the match between the two teams ended in a goalless draw within the competition to determine third and fourth places in the 2025 Arab Cup, which was scheduled to take place entirely at Khalifa International Stadium.
