Royal Security arrests a citizen for possessing illegal livestock in King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve.

The Special Forces for Environmental Security announced the arrest of a citizen violating the environmental system for committing the offense of grazing seven camels in prohibited grazing sites within the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve.

The Special Forces for Environmental Security noted that legal procedures were applied against the violator, clarifying that the penalty for grazing camels reaches a fine of 500 riyals per head.

The Special Forces for Environmental Security stressed the need for cooperation in protecting the environment and wildlife, indicating that they urged reporting any cases that constitute an assault on the environment or wildlife on the number (911) in the Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions, with the assurance that all reports will be handled with complete confidentiality without liability for the reporter.
