Saudi Stock Market Index Declines at the Close of Today’s Trading

The main Saudi Stock Exchange index (TASI) concluded trading this Tuesday with a decrease of 137.26 points, closing at the level of 10,452.91 points, with a total trading value of 3.6 billion Saudi Riyals.

According to the daily economic bulletin of the Saudi Press Agency for the Saudi stock market, the trading volume reached 155 million shares. Indicators showed that the shares of 25 companies achieved a rise in value, while the shares of 235 companies recorded a decline during today’s session.

The shares of several companies led the gainers, including NCB REIT 1, Dar Al Arkan, Arabian Drilling, Industries, and Raoom. Meanwhile, shares of companies such as CHUBB, Fitness Time, Petro Rabigh, Abu Moati, and Masar were among the most actively declining in trading, with percentage changes ranging between 4.15% and 5.40%.

Companies such as Americana, Saudi Aramco, Chemical, SNB, and Maharah were on the list of the most active by volume. Meanwhile, shares of Saudi Aramco, Al Rajhi, SNB, Bupa Arabia, and SABIC led as the most active stocks by value.

The parallel market index (Nomu) also ended the day with a decline of 246.13 points, closing at 23,470.28 points, with a trading value of 34 million Riyals and a volume exceeding 2 million shares.
