The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has achieved a qualitative leap in the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) index, registering a significant increase of 9 points, raising its score from 74 to 83 points, thereby advancing to the tenth rank among G20 countries.

This achievement came in the context of the report issued by the World Health Organization and the World Bank Group entitled “Tracking Universal Health Coverage: 2025 Global Monitoring Report,” which reflects the noticeable progress in the health sector in the Kingdom.

This progress confirms the impact of Saudi Vision 2030 in facilitating beneficiaries’ access to essential health care, expanding the scope of preventive and curative services, enhancing their quality, in addition to consolidating the Kingdom’s position among the highest-performing countries globally in the field of health care.
