Yazeed Al Yahya, the official spokesperson for the Real Estate Registry, revealed the importance of absolute authenticity (Al Hujjiya Al Mutlaqa) as the highest degree of reliability in property ownership, pointing out that it is one of the strongest pillars supporting the in-kind real estate registration system.
Al Yahya explained, during his television interview on “Rotana Khaleejia” channel, that absolute authenticity aims to prevent dual ownership and the multiplicity of property deeds, adding that it is considered a financial instrument that cannot be challenged, except only in cases of forgery. He noted that a person acquires this authenticity within one year from the announcement of the target area for in-kind registration.
Al Yahya pointed out that after registering the property and displaying the list of properties, the objecting parties are given a specific time to access the official platform to object within the available statutory period.
Absolute Authenticity is one of the most important pillars of in-kind real estate registration, as it prevents the duality of properties and the multiplicity of deeds.
