## General Directorate of Traffic warns drivers of the dangers of unsafe driving
The General Directorate of Traffic has called on vehicle drivers to avoid unsafe driving, warning of the risks involved in such practices.
The Directorate indicated, via the (X) platform, that the risks of unsafe driving include losing control of the vehicle, doubling the probability of accidents, confusing road users, and disrupting the flow of traffic.
The Directorate stated that types of unsafe driving include exceeding the speed limit, using a mobile phone while driving, failing to adhere to designated lanes, driving when feeling fatigued, failing to maintain a safe distance, and being distracted by things other than the road.
