Trump hints at starting phase two of Gaza peace plan “as quickly as possible”
U.S. President Donald Trump hinted on Monday, prior to his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, that he would seek to begin the second phase of the Gaza peace plan “as quickly as possible.”
The American president told CNN correspondent Kevin Liptak outside the Mar-a-Lago resort: “Very quickly, as quickly as we can, but there has to be a disarmament; we have to disarm Hamas.”
