U.S. Citizen Killed at Federal Agency in Minneapolis
Local authorities announced today the death of a 37-year-old man, identified as a U.S. citizen, following an exchange of gunfire with an employee of a federal agency.
Greg Bovino, a Border Patrol commander, confirmed that their officers attempted to surround an individual and disarm him; however, they encountered “violent resistance” on his part, which prompted them to return fire.
For his part, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz expressed his concern over the White House’s handling of “yet another horrific shooting case involving federal employees.”
