He stated on his &#8220;X&#8221; account: &#8220;The plane was heading from Ankara to Tripoli and requested an emergency landing in the Ankara region, but contact was lost thereafter.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Libyan media revealed that Dbeibeh has formed a crisis cell to communicate with the Turkish side regarding the incident.
