Drivers\u2019 Ratings After the Latest Formula 1 Round<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kimi Antonelli \u2013 9\/10<\/strong>
As Damon Hill noted in our commentary on 5 Live, it was a brilliant round for the young Italian, who clearly managed to outperform his Mercedes teammate George Russell. Securing top positions three times and achieving two consecutive victories is a worrying sign for other teams and drivers.<\/p>\n

Lando Norris \u2013 9\/10<\/strong>
He made excellent use of McLaren\u2019s upgrade package and secured a commanding win in Saturday\u2019s session. As for the reason he did not win on Sunday, it was due to unexpected weather conditions that never materialized, which could have placed him in a strong position to win the race.<\/p>\n

Oscar Piastri \u2013 7\/10<\/strong>
The South African driver performed adequately but spent a lot of time behind his McLaren teammate Norris. He had an excellent battle with Russell during the race.<\/p>\n

George Russell \u2013 6\/10<\/strong>
It was a quieter weekend for Russell compared to his teammate Antonelli. He was unable to find the pace he was looking for and did not deliver his strongest performance this week.<\/p>\n

Max Verstappen \u2013 6\/10<\/strong>
A significant step forward for Red Bull this weekend, but an unusual mistake in the opening lap forced him to recover. He was given a five-second penalty for crossing the white line when exiting the pit lane, which reflects an uncomfortable day overall, although there were still several positive aspects.<\/p>\n

Lewis Hamilton \u2013 5\/10<\/strong>
He was closely matched by his Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc throughout the week. A pit stop issue did not help his race, in addition to damage caused by contact with Franco Colapinto\u2019s car.<\/p>\n

Franco Colapinto \u2013 8\/10<\/strong>
This was his best week so far. He was consistently fast across all sessions, outqualified his teammate Pierre Gasly, and secured a strong race position. He showed solid racecraft (possibly even too close in battles with Hamilton) and earned important points.<\/p>\n

Charles Leclerc \u2013 6\/10<\/strong>
Leclerc\u2019s chances in Miami appeared to fade. There were moments throughout the week, but he lacked the final edge. A late-lap mistake cost him valuable time, and a 20-second penalty for repeatedly leaving the track and gaining advantage resulted in further lost points.<\/p>\n

Carlos Sainz \u2013 7\/10<\/strong>
He was unhappy with Williams after practice, as the team appeared to have fallen back in the midfield. Securing points on Sunday is therefore considered a strong result.<\/p>\n

Alex Albon \u2013 7\/10<\/strong>
He looked more comfortable in the car and, despite track-limit violations affecting his session, he was ahead of teammate Sainz. A quiet race, but he still managed to score a point.<\/p>\n

Oliver Bearman \u2013 6\/10<\/strong>
After being outperformed by teammate Esteban Ocon in recent weeks, the British driver started slowly in Miami but recovered well later. However, Haas still does not appear to have taken a step forward in midfield competitiveness.<\/p>\n

Gabriel Bortoleto \u2013 5\/10<\/strong>
A difficult week for the team overall. He remained composed and contributed to the team\u2019s efforts in investigating reliability issues, which were successfully identified.<\/p>\n
