The Egyptian Ministry of Health warns against the \u201cAl-Tayyibat\u201d diet system promoted by the late Dr. Diaa Al-Awadi<\/p>\n

The Egyptian Ministry of Health has warned against the practices of the late doctor Diaa Al-Awadi and his controversial diet system known as \u201cAl-Tayyibat,\u201d following the emergence of numerous voices promoting it on social media platforms after his sudden death.<\/p>\n

The spokesperson for the Egyptian Ministry of Health, Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, said that the practices of the late Dr. Diaa Al-Awadi \u201chave been proven to endanger patients and their health and cannot be allowed,\u201d emphasizing that \u201canyone whose license has been revoked or who has been struck off the Egyptian Medical Syndicate is no longer trustworthy regarding patients\u2019 health.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Medical Syndicate stated that it had removed Al-Awadi\u2019s membership, and the Ministry of Health banned the legitimacy of his medical practice by withdrawing his license to practice medicine after he made dangerous statements that contradict medical science and put patients\u2019 lives at risk, according to the ministry.<\/p>\n

Abdel Ghaffar added: \u201cAl-Awadi\u2019s ideas should not be treated as a matter of differing opinions; rather, they are views proven by evidence and official decisions to harm public health, and their author is no longer authorized to express medical opinions.\u201d<\/p>\n

He pointed out that \u201cthe difference between a doctor and any other healthcare practitioner is the diagnosis and treatment of disease,\u201d explaining that a person without a practice license cannot provide treatment in a safe manner.<\/p>\n
