A Greek court has ruled to award a German tourist approximately $1,100 in compensation, after his family faced difficulty in securing sun loungers during their holiday at a hotel on the Greek island of \u201cKos.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to the case, the early occupation of the available loungers by other guests restricted the ability of the family, consisting of a husband, wife, and two children, to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and relax during their stay.<\/p>\n
Although the identity of the tourist was not disclosed in reports, he complained about the unavailability of loungers at the 384-room hotel from early morning hours (until 6 a.m. according to his claim), which negatively affected their leisure experience during their summer holiday in 2024.<\/p>\n
It is noted that the family had paid approximately $8,500 for an 11-day trip at this hotel as part of their vacation in Greece.<\/p>\n
