Syrian Transitional President: Egypt witnesses growth and development under Sisi’s leadership
The Syrian Transitional President, Ahmed al-Sharaa, confirmed that he lived on the “Egyptian tone” in his family home due to his father’s Nasserist inclinations.
Al-Sharaa noted, during his reception of a delegation from the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce in Damascus, that Egypt has entered a phase of “growth and development” over the past ten years, under the sponsorship and presidency of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
Al-Sharaa stated: “It is noticeable that Egypt… has entered, under the sponsorship and presidency of His Excellency President Sisi, a process of growth and development in the economic situation.”
The Syrian Transitional President spoke about his family’s connection to Egypt due to its affiliations.
