Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed his belief that a sense of humor positively assists him in performing his official duties, while noting at the same time that he is unaware of how it affects others, during his remarks in a new episode of the program “Moscow. Kremlin. Putin.”

It is noteworthy that Lavrov has held the position since March 9, 2004, making him the fourth Russian foreign minister since the collapse of the Soviet Union.
