Dallah Health has announced the completion of the acquisition procedures for Care Shield Holding Company, known for Kingdom Hospital and Consulting Clinics, following the fulfillment of all regulatory and contractual conditions previously agreed upon by the relevant parties. The ownership of shares in Care Shield was transferred from Masar Al-Numu Company to Dallah Health in the shareholders’ register, and Dallah Health issued the check containing the cash consideration in favor of Masar Al-Numu Company.
This acquisition is strategic within Dallah Health’s plans to expand its health services and strengthen its presence in various regions of the Kingdom, particularly in the capital, Riyadh. The move aims to develop the healthcare ecosystem and provide integrated medical services that meet society’s needs, keeping pace with the requirements of Saudi Vision 2030 to improve quality of life and enhance the efficiency of the health sector.
At the beginning of last week, Dallah announced the signing of an agreement to purchase all shares owned by Masar Al-Numu Investment Company in Care Shield Holding Company, totaling 5,170,370 shares, or 41.36% of the capital. This acquisition will contribute to Dallah Health achieving 100% ownership of the capital in Care Shield, after previously owning 58.64%.
