Supplying Electricity to a Massive Investment Layout in Al-Khurmah Governorate, Taif
Under the patronage of the Mayor of Taif Governorate, Engineer Abdullah bin Khamis Al-Zaidi, the Mayor of Al-Khurmah, Engineer Fahad bin Jarallah Al-Zahrani, signed an agreement with the Director of Taif Electricity Department, Engineer Mohammed bin Saad Al-Shalawi, to supply electricity to the “Workshops and Support Services” layout in the governorate.
The approved project includes workshop complexes, car showrooms, and retail showrooms, in addition to other public services, covering an area exceeding 1,477,350 square meters. The project features more than 500 diverse investment opportunities, and this step serves as direct support for the developmental renaissance in Al-Khurmah Governorate.
The project comes within the framework of the wise government’s interest in enhancing development in regions and governorates, and organizing technical facilities in sites equipped and supported with all basic services. The previous completion of studies related to the project contributed to its approval.
This agreement reflects efforts to develop energy infrastructure and provide reliable electrical solutions that support the growth of projects and investments, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. This step also contributes to meeting the increasing demand for energy in the region.
