Ryan Hanbazaza, a consultant for business development and user experience improvement, said that the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing’s decision regarding the requirement to employ qualified personnel in transport vehicle repair workshops came at the right time.
Hanbazaza added, in statements to the “Ya Hala” program on “Rotana Khalijia” channel, that the decision contributes to opening opportunities for investors to invest in the sector.
He explained that the new regulation for workshops, with the entry of qualified labor, will undoubtedly be reflected in higher maintenance prices, but in exchange for better quality.
He pointed out that the workshop market can accommodate replacing old labor with new qualified personnel, as well as qualifying the old labor through training, providing an opportunity for everyone.
Hanbazaza noted that the requirement to employ qualified personnel in workshops contributes to increasing confidence in maintenance results and improving the customer experience.
