Main Saudi stock index rises by 135.69 points at the close of today’s trading
The main Saudi stock index ended today’s trading, Monday, up by 135.69 points to reach the level of 10,745.45 points, with a trading value amounting to 5.1 billion riyals.
According to the daily economic bulletin of the Saudi Press Agency for the Saudi stock market, the volume of traded shares reached 261 million shares, in which the shares of 216 companies recorded an increase in value, while the shares of 42 companies declined.
The shares of Al-Asmak, Naseej, Dar Al-Arkan, Al-Waha, and Alamar were the highest gainers, while the shares of Al-Masar Al-Shamel, Paper Industry, Tasheel, Luberef, and Extra were the highest losers in the transactions, with the percentage of increase and decrease ranging between 9.98% and 4.36%.
The shares of Saderat, Americana, Batic, Saudi Aramco, and Chemical were the most active in volume, while the shares of Al-Rajhi, Ma’aden, SABIC, Saudi Aramco, and Al-Inma were the most active in value.
The Saudi parallel stock index (Nomu) ended today’s trading down by 31.80 points, reaching the level of 23,586.94 points, with a trading value of 23 million riyals, and the volume of traded shares exceeded two million shares.
