Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan Identifies Five Strategic Sectors
Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan stated that five sectors will be the focus of Saudi Arabia’s strategic development during an interview with the program Economy of the East with Bloomberg at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Al-Jadaan emphasized the strategic importance of these sectors, describing them as key drivers for economic development in Saudi Arabia, and noted that investments and resources will be directed significantly to strengthen their role.
The five sectors highlighted by the minister are education and professional development, renewable energy and digital transformation, tourism and diverse travel experiences, modern and manufacturing industries, and desalinated water and environmental sustainability.
This announcement coincided with Saudi Arabia’s participation in the annual session of the Davos Forum, which focuses on investment opportunities and economic growth in future-oriented sectors.
