Human Resources specialist explains steps for graduates of previous years to return strongly to the labor market
Human Resources specialist Saleh Al-Dairi highlighted the steps that contribute to the strong return of graduates from previous years to the labor market.
Al-Dairi explained, during his interview on the “Ya Hala” program broadcast on Rotana Khalijia, that the labor market is always buzzing with job opportunities amidst the current recovery and movement, but he stressed the need for job applicants to stand out and excel at marketing themselves well to the market.
He added that the challenge lies in professional self-marketing according to the needs of the labor market, with human competencies and skills competing rather than just certificates, noting the importance of the applicant understanding the job application mechanism and the method of preparing a resume.
