Abu Dhabi: Russia-Ukraine talks focus on key peace elements.

The spokesperson added that “the talks included direct communication between officials from both countries and took place in a constructive and positive atmosphere.”

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that the Russian and Ukrainian delegations held direct contact during the trilateral meeting on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi.

The second day of talks concluded for the trilateral group concerned with security issues, which includes representatives from Russia, the United States, and Ukraine. Participants sat at the negotiation table, with the Russian and Ukrainian delegations facing each other while U.S. representatives occupied the center.

It is noteworthy that the trilateral negotiations between Russia, Ukraine, and the United States began on Friday, January 23, in Abu Dhabi, as part of efforts to enhance dialogue and find political solutions to the Ukrainian crisis.

On another note, a meeting of the Russian-American bilateral working group on bilateral economic issues will also be held in Abu Dhabi, headed by the Special Envoy of the Russian President, Kirill Dmitriev, and his American counterpart, Steve Witkoff.
