Journalistic Reveal: Egyptian President survived organized assassination attempts over past years
Egyptian media personality Ahmed Moussa revealed serious details regarding several assassination attempts targeting the life of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi over the past years.
Moussa stated that President Sisi escaped more than one organized assassination attempt, confirming that these attempts directly targeted his life and that Egyptian security services managed to thwart them before they were carried out.
Moussa added on his program “Ala Mas’ouliyati” (On My Responsibility) on the Egyptian “Sada El Balad” channel that some of these attempts originated from within the country while others came from foreign entities, without specifying exact details about the parties involved or the timing of each attempt. He noted that the President faces constant threats due to his strong stances against terrorism and plots targeting Egypt’s stability.
Moussa described President Sisi as a “man who lives under threat daily but continues his work with steadfastness and determination,” praising the vigilance of the security services protecting him and the state.
Moussa pointed out that details of some of these attempts were published in full, including confessions from the terrorist elements who participated in those operations, in his book “Secrets.”
