The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that the “Nusuk” app offers an integrated digital experience aimed at managing the Hajj journey with clarity and ease, starting from the moment of making the intention until the completion of the rituals, as part of the digital transformation system for the services of the Guests of Allah.
The app explained that it allows pilgrims to use the “Nusuk” digital card, in addition to following all services related to the journey in one place, which contributes to improving the user experience and facilitating organizational procedures during the Hajj season.
This comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts to develop digital services and facilitate pilgrims’ access to information and services directly and quickly, enhancing the quality of the experience and keeping pace with technological developments in managing the Hajj season.
