Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has linked the disbursement of transfer allowances and leave compensation for civil service employees working in Ministry of Health facilities across the Eastern Cluster, Riyadh Second Cluster, and Qassim Cluster to the completion of financial clearance procedures from three specified funding entities.
The company confirmed that any current financial obligations or outstanding debts recorded on the employee’s financial record may hinder or affect the full disbursement of their financial entitlements, noting that deductions may be applied in direct coordination with the concerned financing entities.
The company stated that the required conditions and justifications for disbursing these entitlements include, on a mandatory basis, submitting official and certified statements from the Social Development Bank, the Real Estate Development Fund, and the Agricultural Development Fund.
It explained that these regulatory procedures have been introduced to secure the disbursement process, with the primary objective of ensuring that there are no financial obligations, legal claims, or other liabilities that could obstruct the employee’s access to their financial dues.
